Regulation of Emotion Systems Survey

The Regulation of Emotion Systems Survey (RESS) is a new self-report measure allowing for variable- and person-centered analyses of six common ER strategies:

Distraction, Rumination, Reappraisal, Suppression, Engagement, and Arousal Control
